Dr Rory Greer

BDSc (CSU), GradDipClinDent (Oral Implants) (USyd)

Dr Rory Greer was born and raised in Dubbo. After finishing school at St Johns College, Rory graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Dental Science.

Rory has a special interest in aesthetic, surgical and implant dentistry. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) from the University in Sydney and had research published in The Australian Journal of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. Rory also provides general and surgical procedures at Dubbo Private Hospital.

Outside of Dentistry, Rory enjoys travel with fiancé Melissa, and perfecting his gelato recipe.

Dr Melissa Lin

BDSc (CSU)

Dr Melissa completed her studies at Charles Sturt University in Orange. Having loved the Central West, she relocated to Dubbo after graduation, and has been practicing there since.

Melissa has a particular interest in treating patients with dental anxiety. Her priority is to create a comfortable environment, where patients feel heard and understood. She understands that everyone’s dental needs are unique and believes that treatment should come without judgement.

Outside work, you will find Melissa preoccupied with her dog, or in the kitchen, trying out new recipes.

Dr Shirley Chen

BSc (Adv), DMD (USyd)

Dr Shirley completed her Dentistry degree at The University of Sydney. Having a passion for serving regional Australia, she moved to Dubbo and has loved it here ever since.

Shirley enjoys all areas of preventive, restorative and surgical dentistry. She is committed to oral health education and understanding each patient’s goals, and believes every patient deserves to feel empowered and supported in achieving a healthy, well-cared-for smile.

Outside the clinic, Shirley can often be found with a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or tending to her ever-growing indoor jungle.
